permission-only access. That means that your session can be viewed only by you
and your Nexigen technician and is not susceptible to monitoring or hacking by
third parties.
Nothing To Install
RedLine does not require any software installation or the opening of
any ports on your firewall. Once your support session has ended RedLine
unloads from your system and its memory. The small applet that you
download for each session is automatically deleted. Nexigen leaves nothing
behind, nor takes any data away when it leaves.
You Are Always In Control
Remember that while using RedLine remote repair services, you are in complete
control of each repair session and can terminate at any time simply by closing
the window with your mouse.
