Our refund policy does not apply to any additional services including,

transfer. Refunds are not available after 30 days.
Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services
suspended for violation of our terms of service, or accounts that exceed
their disk or bandwidth usage amount do not qualify for our 30 day money
back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
Accounts that include free domain name registration and/or an SSL
certificate are subject to an additional fee but continue to own the domain
name and/or SSL certificate at that point.
